My Birthday is my favorite day of the year. This 31st birthday was easy peasy and I plan to keep that same energy all year round. I started my day with an afternoon massage. I spent the rest of the day relaxing, opening gifts, and drinking lots of champagne. Later that evening I met a few friends for dinner at my favorite restaurant, Le Colonial. After a few pomegranate martinis, appetizers, and entrees later, Convo and Chill made for a great conversation nightcap following my creme brulee dessert.
31 is my year for knowing and letting that “know” seep into the very core of my being. It is for knowing what it is I truly desire and being patient enough to allow those desires to unfold in the way that is best for me. 31 is for true appreciation…because everything I ever experienced brought me to this exact space, and I am enjoying this space I hold. Being here and being present is always a gift. I’ve taken it for granted in the past, but right now, I am glad to be here…at 31.
