A wise woman once said, “treat yourself, don’t cheat yourself.” So, I decided to go decadent: shallots sautéed then reduced in Chardonnay, a fresh berry compote with cinnamon, honey, and lemon zest. And lastly, chopped rosemary, sage, and crushed salted pistachios. This grilled baked brie is D-E-C-A-D-E-N-T, baby.
